- 1 x Regular Pad
- 1 x Heavy Pad
- 1 x Small Wash bag
- After use rinse with the pads and pants in COLD water until the water runs clear.
- Wash at 40°
- Stretch back to shape & allow to air dry.
- DO NOT use fabric softeners as they will affect the absorbency of your pads or pants.
- DO NOT use bleach or stain removers in order to avoid exposing your pads to chemical substances.
- DO NOT tumble dry.
