We aim to dispatch all your orders within 24 hours. However during busy periods, bank holidays or personal holidays this may take a little longer. We will do our best to keep you updated.

Please note international orders may take longer. If you are in the channel islands and wish to use a different postal service such as a tracked one - please contact us. 

• Orders Under £40 - Royal Mail 1st Class (24 Hour) Delivery - £4.40 or Royal Mail 2nd Class (48 Hour) Delivery - £3.35
• Orders Over £40 - Free Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery
• International Postage - Please Email for a quote prior to ordering
• Local Delivery - If you live in Bournemouth you may qualify for local delivery - please contact before buying

Packaging Materials 

Where possible your orders will be plastic free. However, as we recycle our packaging, and encourage you to do the same, this may not always be the case.
